If you do not see ANY benefits from using Proactol™ we will refund you the price of the product minus handling and processing costs ($20 per order).
We can only accept refunds by "our automated refund system" this is to speed the refund procedure up and to avoid lengthy delays.
Before requesting a refund the following conditions need to be met:
- You must have taken Proactol™ as prescribed on the box for a minimum of 120 days, this is because it can take time for you to see the true health benefits of Proactol™ and weight loss is a gradual process.
- Contact Customer Support for help and advice on how to get the maximum benefits from taking Proactol™.
- You are asking for a refund within 6 months of purchasing Proactol™ .
In the unlikely event that you want to request a refund we will require the following:
- Your full name, address and order ID number.
- The empty Proactol™ packaging including the Box and the empty blister packs.
- The unopened and sealed boxes of Proactol™ which you have not finished.
- Fully completed and signed refund form (see link below).
Please send your refund request with tracked shipping as we can not take responsibility for lost packages.
If your refund request does not meet all the requirements you will not be refunded.
